An unboxing video is mandatory for complaints regarding receiving the wrong or incorrect product.

Any complaint regarding a wrong, incorrect, damaged, or defective product must be reported to Bong Kits within 48 hours of delivery.

Bong Kits may request the unboxing video and other relevant information before determining whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is applicable.
